Email Marketing Specialist

The Role
As an Email Marketer, you create original content that will engage customers through email, with a major focus on building DBDs email lists, creating and optimising emails for conversion and sales, and keeping leads warm through email marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and monitoring a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimised, user and mobile-friendly
  • Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
  • Sending graphics requests to designers
  • Creating and Drafting email templates
  • Compiling email lists
  • Purging email lists
  • Securing email databases for future campaigns
  • Following up on emails

Key skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in creating growth driven email campaigns

Growth Marketing Manager

Our Vision
To fast-track the company’s growth by managing the customer acquisition funnel for the company and its clients. 

 

The Role
As a growth manager, you will work to develop and execute a variety of marketing initiatives across online and offline channels. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.

Working cross-functionally with the product & project management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the Chief Growth Officer. 

Responsibilities include overseeing a team of creatives including art directors, copywriters, content strategists, graphic designer, video editors and various designers. You will be directly responsible for researching, pitching and developing & writing content, presentations and materials tailored for client & company growth.

You are expected supervise the creative process and guide the team that works with you. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Developing content strategies guided by umbrella brand strategies.
  • Research, develop and write creative content.
  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimised to provide a great customer/user experience.
  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the marketing efforts of the company & its clients.
  • Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with with the social media, product, and design teams.
  • Directing and motivating teams of art directors, copywriters, graphic designers, video editors etc. 
  • Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate quality ideas. 
  • Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
